Shipping Info
We ship all orders as quickly as possible. Before we can ship your order however, we have to pick and carefully package your products. The time it takes to prepare your items for shipping is separate from the delivery time, and typically takes about 2 working days. Thank you for understanding!

* Package options marked with an * to be send with Track and Trace. The minute your package is being shipped you will be notified by email, with your track and trace link and code included, so you can monitor it's whereabouts.

We ship your 1 CD orders by regular mail.

Please understand, however, customs duty is out of our control and we can't guarantee no tax fee and will not bear any tax fee. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Online Shopping - Return Policy

eStation product can be returned within 14 days of purchase unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (credit card, Pay Pal, etc.). Original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund unless the return is the result of an error by eStation. Please note bundled items need to be returned with all components for a full refund.

Return by Mail

For most orders you can use the enclosed small parcel return label to mail your return. Alternately, you can arrange to return on your own, using the below address.

• Credit will be issued at the time the merchandise is received in our warehouse.
• Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of an error by International Blue.

Preparing your Return by Mail

• Fill out and include with your return the Goods Return Form (included in parcel).
• Pack the item carefully in the original packaging.
• Affix the returns label over the top of the original shipping label. Keep a copy of the tracking number on this label for future reference.

If you are returning more than one item, please make sure that they are all to be returned to the same location to ensure credit is applied accurately.
